FOR ADMINISTRATORS

• Manage and assign user permissions for creating documents and folders, approving submissions, liking, and saving documents.
• The system supports up to 5 levels of nested subfolders. Administrators can define the maximum number of direct subfolders allowed under each parent folder to maintain a well-structured organization.
• Create and manage document categories to ensure consistent classification across the platform.
• Manage all documents created by users across the site, with full administrative access and control.
